I have been patiently waiting for the new Union 76 station to open in my neighborhood. Yesterday was the big day! Had to get the "Ghost" out and fill er up!!

I had to provide my own Full Service on the pump island!

That’s cool! I like the fact that Union went back to the orange instead of the red signs.

Not trying to hijack your thread but I've been feeling nostalgic lately, my wife had a 70 Suburban and I cut my petro teeth on 76 stuff. This is one of the first things I drug home a while back... thanks for reminding me of some fun days

That's really a great picture Jim and I'll bet the Suburban never ran better after a literally new, fresh tank of 76!

Tom- I have never seen that style of Union 76 sign in a mount like that. Do you have it hung up for display?

No I sold it a while back. It had some commercial lighting in it so I gutted it and installed a fluorescent shop light from Lowes . Had an awesome glow at night. I believe it was from one of those truck stop type gas stations and was originally probably 50 feet or more in the air. It came from one of the weirdest pics I ever made but that's a whole other story....

I just commented last night to my girlfriend when I drove by. NO 76 ball. He has no signage at the road. I will ask the owner next time I see him. J
